CARE TIPS: To clean, use microfiber cloth towels with cold water soap. Please avoid placing the product in high-temperature areas or in direct sunlight. Directly cutting on resin will scratch. 

ALL SALES FINAL: I ensure products are in presentable condition when shipping items. Once it is out of my hands and through USPS, it is out of my control and cannot refund or have items returned after they’ve arrived to you. Every piece is handmade and takes hours to create. What is the turn around time for custom orders?

Turn around time for customs is about two weeks on average. During peak holiday season it runs longer & may run shorter if customs aren't fully booked. Once you place your custom order- you will receive an estimated finish date.

How do I care for my handmade item?

Keep in a cool area with no direct heat or sunlight. To clean, use a damp microfiber towel.

How long does shipping take?

Ready to ship items will be shipped out within 3 days of order placed.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Smaller items will be shipped through USPS. Larger items such as Table Trays and Charcuterie Boards will be shipped through UPS.
