Every item has a drop down box where you can choose an already made item in it's specific color OR choose the "customize" option. Once you are in the checkout screen, there is an "add a note" section where you can specify what colors, teams, etc for your customized item.

Turn around time for customs is about two weeks on average. During peak holiday season it runs longer & may run shorter if customs aren't fully booked. Once you place your custom order- you will receive an estimated finish date.

Ready to ship items will be shipped out within 1-3 days of order placed.

All items with "CC Item" in the description will be regularly restocked. Reminder that no two items will ever be the same due to being handmade but are very similar in design.

Smaller items will be shipped through USPS. Larger items such as Table Trays and Charcuterie Boards will be shipped through UPS.

ALL SALES FINAL: I ensure products are in presentable condition when shipping items. Once it is out of my hands and through USPS, it is out of my control and cannot refund or have items returned after they’ve arrived to you. Every piece is handmade and takes hours to create. Thank you for understanding.
