As you guys know, embroidery is a new addition to items Cositas Contreras will be offering!

Digitizing logos, names, or any customization you're interested in takes lots of time and work. Having you purchase this deposit ensures me as a small business owner you are ready to move forward with your custom piece. This pays for digitization, mock up design, revisions and preview before embroidering.

Once deposit is paid I will follow up with a DM, email or text to move onto the next step with your custom piece!

Remaining balances can be paid through venmo, apple pay or square invoice!

What is the turn around time for custom orders?

Turn around time for customs is about two weeks on average. During peak holiday season it runs longer & may run shorter if customs aren't fully booked. Once you place your custom order- you will receive an estimated finish date.

How do I care for my handmade item?

Keep in a cool area with no direct heat or sunlight. To clean, use a damp microfiber towel.

Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

Ready to ship items will be shipped out within 3 days of order placed.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Smaller items will be shipped through USPS. Larger items such as Table Trays and Charcuterie Boards will be shipped through UPS.
